How do I tell if a site is secure?

Once you get to the site, the Web address will begin with https: (“s” for secure).
The locked padlock at the bottom of the window will confirm the site’s increased security.  For more details about the encryption status of the page when it was received, click the lock icon.

LYTLE STATE BANK is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through June 30, 2010 all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.

FDIC deposit insurance temporarily increased from $100,000.00 to $250,000.00 per depositor through
December 31, 2013.
